Endless Skies
As the plane's wheels left the tarmac, Mark settled into his seat for what he thought would be a routine flight from the USA to Paris. Little did he know that he was about to embark on an inexplicable journey that would defy the laws of time.

Hours turned into days, and days into weeks. Mark found himself trapped in a never-ending time loop, stuck on the plane for what felt like an eternity. His clothes grew tattered, his beard and hair unkempt, as he experienced the passage of time while the other passengers remained untouched.
Every time the plane's wheels touched the ground, Mark hoped that he would finally be free, but as soon as they took off again, the loop restarted. He tried to explain his predicament to the flight attendants and fellow passengers, but they dismissed his claims as a result of exhaustion or delirium.

To them, it had only been a few hours since they boarded the plane. They looked as pristine as when they first stepped on board, their clothes crisp, and their faces clean-shaven. No matter how many times Mark tried to convince them otherwise, they saw him as a disheveled stranger, shunning his desperate pleas for help.
In the confined space of the aircraft, Mark's sanity began to crumble. He started keeping a journal, documenting each endless loop, desperate to hold on to some semblance of reality. But the journal only served as a chilling reminder of his continuous plight.

Mark noticed that the in-flight entertainment system reset with each loop, playing the same movies and songs over and over. He found solace in the fleeting entertainment, trying to distract himself from the relentless passage of time. But it offered no escape from the maddening cycle.
As months passed, Mark's mind played tricks on him. He questioned the nature of his existence, wondering if he was trapped in a parallel dimension or condemned to a perpetual purgatory.

Desperation and hopelessness consumed him until one day, as the plane touched down in Paris, Mark made a daring decision. With a heart pounding in his chest, he mustered every ounce of strength and refused to disembark. He clung to his seat, determined to break free from the endless skies.
The other passengers looked at him in bewilderment, unable to comprehend his actions. The flight attendants tried to coax him off the plane, but Mark stood his ground, refusing to be a prisoner any longer.

As the clock ticked and the ground crew made preparations for the next departure, a surreal silence enveloped the cabin. Mark felt a powerful force pulling at him, as if the fabric of time itself were trying to reclaim him.

In a desperate act of defiance, Mark shouted, "This is not real! None of this is real!"
In that moment, a brilliant flash of light engulfed the cabin. Reality trembled, and the time loop shattered like a fragile illusion. Mark found himself standing on solid ground, the airplane vanished, and the other passengers were nowhere in sight.

As the sun set over the Parisian skyline, Mark took a deep breath of liberation. He had broken free from the endless skies, the shackles of time, and the enigmatic prison that had held him captive.

Though the mystery of the time loop remained unsolved, Mark was finally free to continue his journey, forever changed by an experience that defied explanation. With a newfound appreciation for the fragile boundaries of reality, he stepped into the unknown, ready to face whatever mysteries the universe had in store.
